There is a far-reaching famine in this country. It is not obvious because
it is not for lack of food, but in something that Jesus told us we all
must have to live by, and that is that “Man shall not live by
bread alone, but by every Word Of God.” (Luke 4:4)
Today, instead of looking at God’s Word each day, it is much more
common to see people much more interested in looking at their screens
entertained by the things of this earth than in hearing, meditating and
living in and with the Word of God.
As Jesus said in Luke 4:4, God’ Word is a vital part of being able to live!
Not the physical body, but for the real YOU...and that is in your SPITIRUAL BODY.
God’s Word strengthens us and nourishes us in ways not possible by
anything else we can see, read or watch.
So each day do not famish yourself by not feeding and being nourished by
God’s Word for you! Our Heavenly Father wants to fellowship with us,
and this is possible through reading and speaking His Word and prayer.
Spending quality time in the word of God will bless your life,
build your faith, develop your spiritual ears, and open your spiritual eyes
to be focused on what is really important.
As King David said in Psalm 119, “ Your word I have hidden in my heart,
that I might not sin against You...I will delight in Your statutes
(and) not forget your word.”
Friend, are you being nourished, or are you living in a famine?
God Bless Your Day
Jesus Loves You
