Jesus told us that Faith is a POWERHOUSE that can move mountains…but it’s up
to YOU to cultivate it! The question is How?
It starts with Hope, but when things are tough and you place your trust in those
things you can only see, it always disappoints. But here is what the Bible says:
“Hope does not disappoint, because the
Love of God has been poured out in our hearts by
the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”
Romans 5:5
Wait a Minute!! It says that the Holy Spirit has been poured into our hearts,
that is, the Power of God is INSIDE of YOU! So you are not alone, but as Jesus said that He
would send the “Comforter” (the Holy Spirit) and that He would guide us into all things!
For this reason alone we have Hope. When we consider the greatest of the three, it shouldn’t
come as a surprise and obvious that Love is the greatest since God is Love.
God is not only love, He is the God of hope… and He desires for us to hope in Him specifically,
but also in His goodness towards us and His desire to see us prosper. Because He not only fulfills
our hopes in Him, but goes beyond that because we also have His grace which means 'God’s
unrestrained gifts to us that he wants to give us even though we do not deserve them.'
Hope provides a host of things necessary to our walk with God, such as joy, light, steadfastness,
praise, thanksgiving, and so much more, and when combined with faith, He can bless us beyond all
we could ask or think! (Ephesians 3:20.)
When we place our hope IN HIM we can rest assured that however difficult things may look like around us,
God is working it for our good… Restoring our hope, faith, love, joy, and a host of other things!
This is the blessing of hope. This is why hope is essential…Suddenly that hope shines like a lighthouse
in the darkness, pointing to those things we should focus on, while ignoring those things we do not need!
When you combine FAITH as the substance of things not seen with HOPE - the assurance God is
for you and will come through - it will help you to stand in every season, and then add to that to be
continually filled With God’s LOVE you will develop strength in character befitting
as of a son or daughter of the King of kings and Lord of lords!
“Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope,
Fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you
TRUST in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually
Surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with HOPE!”
