The WORLD
and
EVIL

The only letter that differentiates the words WORD and WORLD is the letter “L”, so the question is what does the “L” stand for? And the answer is LIE.

When God spoke and “The Universe Was Created by the WORD of God” (Hebrews 11:3) it was perfect and without error or eviL. While God’s nature is TRUTH, and “No lie is of the truth” (1 John 2:21) Satan’s nature is the opposite of truth and “The Father Of Lies” (John 8:44) When creation fell in the Garden of Eden, the “L”was added to God’s Word and the WORD became WORLD

While God designed us to Live, Satan seeks to reverse God’s good BACKWARDS and transforms it to Evil. To live in the pleasures of the world without regard for your maker or eternity is to live life backwards and to live in evil.

Friend, if you are caught up in the ways of the world - “the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life” (1 John 2:16), don’t live the backwards life of evil. Remove the L from WORLD and LIVE in the truth of God’s WORD.
